University Street Fair 2024 Venue. The u district street fair is back for its 53rd year, and it all goes down on may 18th and 19th, 2024. The u district street fair claims to kick off seattle's summer event season, which rang true last year when i accidentally wore way too many layers in the warm, sunny weather.
